Questions
Do you print and ship the sign?
No. You download the files and print them yourself: letter size on any printer, the 11 × 17 poster at any copy shop, the yard sign and banners at a print shop (the files include bleed). That's how you can have it on the door today.
Where does the QR code go?
To the link you type: your own careers page, a Google Form, or your Indeed or Homebase job. We don't host job pages and we don't collect applications. The sign also says “or apply inside” or your phone number, because not everyone scans.
What do I get for $12?
Print-ready PDFs in every size (letter, 11 × 17 poster, 12 × 12 window square, 18 × 24 yard sign, 2 × 4 ft and 3 × 6 ft banners), PNGs for the letter and window sizes, English and Spanish versions, and no credit line. Your download link lets you edit the sign and download again whenever the pay or the date changes.

Should I put the pay on the sign?
We ask for it on every job you name, and it's the biggest thing on the sign. Several US states require pay ranges in job postings; whether a window sign counts depends on where you are. We're not lawyers and this isn't legal advice.
Can I make it in Spanish?
Yes. Switch the language and the headline, tags and how-to-apply lines are printed in Spanish (“Estamos contratando”). Job titles stay as you type them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days, for any reason. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller.
